1. Booking and Scheduling
1.1 Payment System
- Online Booking System: Available on our official website.

- WhatsApp: Contact us through WhatsApp (07448777227) to book the services.
- Social Media: Contact us through Facebook or Instagram (Immertiza) to book the service.
- In-person: Payment can be made via cash or UPI after the service is done.
1.2 Confirmation
- Confirmation of the booking will be sent via email/SMS upon successful scheduling.
1.3. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate location and car details information.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1. Cancellation Time Frame
- Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
2.2. Late Cancellation or No Show
- If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, ₹300 will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Service Limitations
3.1. Immertiza provides mobile car wash services and strives to meet the highest standards. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance by the customer.
- Stains or dirt that cannot be removed using our eco-friendly cleaning methods.
3.2. Right to Decline Service
- We reserve the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., hazardous parking or extreme weather conditions). In case of bad weather, we will offer a refund or rescheduling.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Payment Methods
Customers can choose from the following payment options during the booking process:
- UPI: Instant and secure payment through UPI apps (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).
- Debit or Credit Card: Secure online payment using major debit or credit cards.
- Bank transfer: Customers can request the details for a bank transfer if preferred.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment can be made directly to the technician after the service is completed.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Refunds
- If a customer cancels at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund.
- If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, ₹300 will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and legally parked at the scheduled service time.
- All personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Immertiza is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the car.
- Any special requests or cleaning concerns should be communicated during the booking process.
7. Service Guarantee
- Immertiza guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns.
- Re-service requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Rinse less Car Wash & Water Usage Policy
At Immertiza, we are committed to providing an eco-friendly and sustainable mobile car wash service. We use an innovative rinseless car wash method, which significantly reduces water consumption compared to traditional car washes.
Water Usage:
- Our Method: The rinseless car wash method typically requires only 1 to 2 buckets (approximately 10-20 liters) of water, much less than the 50-100 liters used in a traditional car wash.
- Customer-Provided Water: Customers are welcome to provide water for the service. If you choose to provide water, please ensure there are 1 to 2 buckets (10-20 liters) of water available for the wash.
- Water Insufficiency: If the water provided by the customer is insufficient, additional charges may apply for sourcing water, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the service proceeds.
9. Liability
- Immertiza is not liable for any pre-existing damage or minor scratches resulting from the car wash process.
- Immertiza is not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed or unreported issues in the vehicle.
10. Employee Identification and Uniform
- All Immertiza employees will carry their official ID cards and wear company uniforms for easy identification.

- Immertiza collects personal information for booking and providing services. This information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- All payment details are handled securely and are not stored by Immertiza.
12. Changes to Terms
- Immertiza reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or other official channels.
- Continuing to use our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
